How long does it take to receive my photos?
Editing can take any amount of time but I often say to give me a few weeks. I still work a full time job to pay the bills so hopefully you can understand! Generally, 30-minute sessions will come back quicker than hour-long sessions and weddings will have separate timeframes.
What if plans change and I have to cancel?
I completely understand! Life happens and things can unexpectedly change. Please keep in mind that all deposits are non-refundable and I do charge a rescheduling fee but I am more than willing to be flexible when life gets in the way. Cancellations without proper notice will be subject to penalty.
Do you offer raw files or alternative editing styles?
Would you hire a hairdresser to cut half of your haircut? I believe that photography is art and there are so many amazing artists out there to choose from, I do not offer Raw files as they are an unfinished product. I have worked hard to create my own style and hope that you are hiring me because you like my work :)
What if I can’t afford to pay upfront?
I require a 25% deposit to book your spot and the full payment by the day of the session. I would be happy to take remaining payment in instalments leading up to the date if need be.
What if none of your packages are what I’m looking for?
That’s completely acceptable! Although, I do not currently offer family sessions. Otherwise, feel free to email me and we can chat. Within reason, I am totally willing to work out a special arrangement.
What if I am unhappy with the final gallery?
Your happiness and satisfaction are my number one priority!!! If you are unhappy I would be more than willing to chat about how we can find a resolution that leaves both of us happy. I will always stay true to my style but am willing to make small adjustments if there’s maybe just a few small issues that are leaving you unhappy. I want you to be 100% satisfied!
